Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cups

Here is a recipe for a quick, easy, and mostly guilt-free dessert to pair with our 2022 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir Nouveau.


  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 75 g Dark Chocolate
  • Raspberry Jam

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add a spoonful of jam into muffin tray (or mini muffin tray if you have) and set aside in freezer
  2. Make chocolate mousse by whisking together yogurt, protein powder, and cacao
  3. Add chocolate mousse on top of set jam and put back in freezer for a few hours until completely set
  4. Melt dark chocolate
  5. Remove mousse cups from tray and coat in melted chocolate
  6. Leave in the fridge for a few hours to allow mousse to soften before enjoying
  7. Open up a bottle of our Nouveau (would also go great with Rosé) and let the good times roll
