Family owned & operated since 1979
The term “garagistes” originated in Bordeaux in the 1980’s and referred to a group of innovative winemakers who produced exceptional wines in their garages rather than in grand chateaux. Since 1979, we have carried on the garagistes tradition of innovation and excellence in a chateau-alternative locale.
From a backyard Berkeley garage to an old apple processing plant in Sebastopol, California, the family at Taft Street continues in the garagistes traditions to this day, crafting limited production, crowd pleasing wines from select Sonoma County vineyards.

2018 Russian River Rosé of Pinot Noir
New vintage! This Rosé shows real Pinot Noir complexity and elegance, yet lends itself nicely to casual entertaining. Aromas of strawberry and white peach lead to nectarine and raspberry notes that complement the wine’s bright acidity.
