Here is a recipe for a quick, easy, and mostly guilt-free dessert to pair with our 2022 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir Nouveau.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 tsp Cacao Powder
- 75 g Dark Chocolate
- Raspberry Jam
Cooking Instructions:
- Add a spoonful of jam into muffin tray (or mini muffin tray if you have) and set aside in freezer
- Make chocolate mousse by whisking together yogurt, protein powder, and cacao
- Add chocolate mousse on top of set jam and put back in freezer for a few hours until completely set
- Melt dark chocolate
- Remove mousse cups from tray and coat in melted chocolate
- Leave in the fridge for a few hours to allow mousse to soften before enjoying
- Open up a bottle of our Nouveau (would also go great with Rosé) and let the good times roll
